- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- Pita bread
- Tzatziki sauce
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Mix together olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken thighs and ensure they are well-coated.
- Spread the chicken and sliced vegetables evenly on the prepared sheet pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Remove the sheet pan from the oven and serve with warm pita bread and tzatziki sauce, garnished with fresh parsley.
