Ingredients

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into strips.
- Mix minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the strips of pastry and twist each strip into a spiral shape.
- Brush the tops of the twists with the beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Best served warm, can be paired with marinara dipping sauce.
