- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Sauté the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Create the creamy sauce by pouring in heavy cream and bringing it to a simmer. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Combine the cooked rotini pasta with the sauce, tossing to combine everything well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic and olive oil for 30 minutes before cooking. Use whole wheat rotini for a healthier option.
