- 8 ounces rigatoni pasta

Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook each side until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add the cooked rigatoni and the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until everything is well combined and the rigatoni is coated in the buttery garlic sauce.
- Slice the chicken and serve it over the pasta, garnished with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color.
