  • 8 ounces rigatoni pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook each side until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
