Description
A delightful dish that beautifully combines garlic and beef with the comforting texture of bowtie pasta, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb beef (ground or steak cut into strips)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, ensuring the pasta remains warm.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted and begins to bubble, add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and slightly golden.
- Add the beef to the skillet, spreading it out evenly. Cook until the beef is well browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the beef and garlic butter sauce, mixing thoroughly. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until it’s melted and blended evenly. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor; adjust the quantity of butter according to your preference. Consider adding vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
