Delightful, guilt-free brownie bites made with ripe avocados, protein powder, and almond flour, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with liners.
  2. Mash the ripe avocado in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, maple syrup, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract to the mashed avocado. Mix until well combined for a thick batter.
  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips if using, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  5. Spoon the batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each liner about 3/4 full. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let them cool before enjoying to allow the brownie bites to firm up properly.
