Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups Fruit Loop cereal

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to the creamed mixture, stirring until just combined.
  4. Fold in the Fruit Loop cereal, then drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown. Let cool before transferring to wire racks.
