Description

A refreshing and healthy Indian street snack made with a delicious medley of fresh fruits and chaat masala.


Ingredients

  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 orange, segmented
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all the chopped fruits in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the chaat masala, lemon juice, and honey in a small bowl.
  3. Drizzle the mixture over the fruits and toss gently to coat.
  4. Let it sit for 10 minutes to meld the flavors.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
