Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the peanut butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until incorporated.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in the marshmallow fluff and optional chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
