- 1/2 cup brewed espresso, cooled
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Melt the butter and mix in both sugars until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Stir in the cooled espresso and coffee liqueur until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
