  • 1 lb ground pork or chicken
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  2. Add the ground pork or chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the coleslaw mix to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and rice vinegar, stirring well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes
