Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Add the frozen potstickers and cook according to package instructions.
  3. Incorporate the chopped bok choy, sliced mushrooms, soy sauce, and sesame oil into the pot.
