- 4 bell peppers
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup dragon sauce (or a spicy sauce of your choice)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the tops off the bell peppers and carefully remove the seeds.
- Combine the shredded chicken, dragon sauce, cooked rice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the chicken mixture, ensuring each pepper is full. Place in a baking dish upright.
- Top each pepper with shredded cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender and cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
For a milder flavor, use a sweet chili sauce. You can also substitute the chicken with black beans or lentils for a vegetarian option.
