Description

A mouthwatering dish that combines dragon sauce with tender bell peppers, filled with moist chicken, creamy cheese, and fluffy rice.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup dragon sauce (or a spicy sauce of your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the tops off the bell peppers and carefully remove the seeds.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, dragon sauce, cooked rice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
  3. Stuff each bell pepper with the chicken mixture, ensuring each pepper is full. Place in a baking dish upright.
  4. Top each pepper with shredded cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender and cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

For a milder flavor, use a sweet chili sauce. You can also substitute the chicken with black beans or lentils for a vegetarian option.
