- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pit the Medjool dates and flatten them slightly.
- Spread a small amount of peanut butter into each date.
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts and a pinch of salt on top.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate sets, about 10-15 minutes.
