Description

A delightful treat that combines Medjool dates with rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter, perfect for gatherings or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pit the Medjool dates and flatten them slightly.
  3. Spread a small amount of peanut butter into each date.
  4. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate.
  6. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and a pinch of salt on top.
  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets, about 10-15 minutes.
