- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 4 hoagie rolls
- Provolone cheese

Instructions
- Place the beef roast in the crockpot.
- Mix together the beef broth and onion soup mix until well combined. Pour this mixture over the roast in the crockpot.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the meat is fork-tender.
- Remove the roast from the crockpot and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded beef to the pot.
- Serve the beef on hoagie rolls, topped with slices of provolone cheese.
