- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Place the sliced onions at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Mix the chicken broth and onion soup mix together and pour over the chicken.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove the chicken and shred it if desired, then return to the gravy.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
