- 2 large tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded (cheddar or your choice)
- Optional: bacon bits, avocado slices
Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken with ranch dressing until well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up.
- Repeat with the other tortilla.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
Notes
These wraps can be served warm or cold, great with fresh fruit or chips. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
