- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the chopped dill pickles, parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat with the pickle-parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry each chicken breast for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the fried chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked through.
