Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine the chopped dill pickles, parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat with the pickle-parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
