Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar (for the crust)
- Cotton candy sprinkles (for topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and cotton candy flavoring until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in another bowl until crumbly.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin, then spoon the cheesecake filling on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour until set.
Notes
For best results, make sure your cream cheese is softened before mixing. Customize flavors with different extracts if desired.
