- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced

Instructions
- Begin by cooking the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the macaroni and let it cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar. Stir these two ingredients together until smooth.
- Add the cooled macaroni, diced celery, bell pepper, red onion, and pickle relish to the dressing bowl.
- Gently mix everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
