Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful roux.
  3. Gradually whisk in the milk, continuously stirring until the mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until completely melted.
  4. Combine the cheesy sauce with the cooked macaroni in a baking dish. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for an added crunch. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
