Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Add chicken broth, bring to a simmer, then stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes before serving garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
