- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Add chicken broth, bring to a simmer, then stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes before serving garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
