Description

Creamy Garlic Chicken combines tender chicken with a rich and flavorful garlic cream sauce, making it a delightful meal for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring it to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, then add the spinach and tomatoes. Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until the spinach wilts and the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the creamy sauce. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For added depth of flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic and herbs beforehand. Adjust the consistency of the sauce to preference.
