Description

Creamy Garlic Chicken combines tender chicken breasts with a rich garlic cream sauce, providing comfort for any dinner table.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, then sprinkle the Italian seasoning.
  7. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer.
  8. Return the cooked chicken back to the skillet, simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
  9. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve over pasta or rice.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with whole milk. Marinate chicken in Italian herbs for extra flavor.
