Instructions

  1. Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant for about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the shrimp to the skillet. Season them with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook the shrimp for about 3-4 minutes, or until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well to combine, allowing the shrimp to absorb the creamy flavor. Continue to cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix thoroughly to coat the rice in the creamy shrimp sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
