Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until it’s fully melted and bubbling but not browned.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Cook the shrimp in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and add the paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let the sauce thicken for a few minutes before serving over the rice. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes
