- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until it’s fully melted and bubbling but not browned.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Cook the shrimp in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add the paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let the sauce thicken for a few minutes before serving over the rice. Garnish with chopped parsley.
