- 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tail down the center, exposing the meat.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper. Place the lobster tails in a baking dish and pour the garlic cream sauce over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the lobster is cooked through and opaque. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
