Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional mixed vegetables in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For added crunch, top with crushed crackers or breadcrumbs before baking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
