- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat and slice the chicken.
- Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the sauce thickens.
- Combine the cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken in the Alfredo sauce; mix well to coat all ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut French bread in half, spread butter on each half, and toast in the oven until crispy and golden.
- Serve the creamy chicken Alfredo mixture on top of the toasted garlic bread and garnish with chopped parsley.
