A comforting dish combining rich Alfredo pasta and warm garlic bread, perfect for cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat and slice the chicken.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the sauce thickens.
  4. Combine the cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken in the Alfredo sauce; mix well to coat all ingredients.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut French bread in half, spread butter on each half, and toast in the oven until crispy and golden.
  6. Serve the creamy chicken Alfredo mixture on top of the toasted garlic bread and garnish with chopped parsley.
