Description
A comforting dish of tender pasta, rich Alfredo sauce, and flavorful ground beef, topped with melting cheese, perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz ziti pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease. Stir in the Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until the beef is well-coated and heated through.
- Combine the cooked ziti with the beef mixture in a large mixing bowl, ensuring every piece is coated in the creamy sauce.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle generously with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving if desired.
Notes
Pre-cook the pasta to avoid overcooking. Experiment with different cheeses and add sautéed vegetables for extra flavor.
