Ingredients

  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla, then roll them tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Place the bites on a baking sheet and lightly brush or spray them with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
