- 10 flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or cooking spray for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla, then roll them tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet and lightly brush or spray them with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
