Ingredients
- Phyllo dough
- Goat cheese
- Cranberry sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer the phyllo dough sheets, brushing olive oil between each layer.
- Cut the layered phyllo into squares and press them into mini muffin tins.
- Bake the phyllo cups for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Fill each cup with goat cheese and cranberry sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Can be made ahead of time and filled just before serving. Best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
