Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the meatballs in a skillet and sear them over medium heat until browned on all sides.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the skillet and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
