- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the diced chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and let thicken for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well with the sauce until fully coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half and half or a plant-based cream. Adjust spices to taste.
