Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the diced chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and let thicken for a few minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well with the sauce until fully coated.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half and half or a plant-based cream. Adjust spices to taste.
