- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. During the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the lemon juice and zest to the skillet and stir to combine. Toss the cooked bowtie pasta and broccoli into the skillet, mixing thoroughly to coat all the ingredients.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Serve warm with salad or crusty bread.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat, adding a splash of water or extra butter for creaminess.
