Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the creamed ingredients until just combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
