- 1 tablespoon cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Optional: icing for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
- Mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the pastry and cut into strips.
- Twist each strip to create a spiral shape and place on a baking sheet.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the twists.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and drizzle with icing if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
