Description

A delightful combination of Medjool dates stuffed with creamy peanut butter and coated in rich dark chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove the pits from the Medjool dates.
  2. Stuff each date generously with peanut butter.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  4. Dip the stuffed dates in the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  5. Place the chocolate-dipped dates on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate until set, about 10-15 minutes.
