- 12 Medjool dates
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Remove the pits from the Medjool dates.
- Stuff each date generously with peanut butter.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip the stuffed dates in the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Place the chocolate-dipped dates on a parchment-lined tray.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate until set, about 10-15 minutes.
