- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil in a separate bowl until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture gradually, mixing until just combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Scoop out portions of dough, roll them into balls, and coat each with powdered sugar.
- Space the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set, then cool on a wire rack.
