Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken pieces.
- Cook the chicken until browned and thoroughly cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic and sliced zucchini to the same skillet. Cook until the zucchini is tender and lightly golden, about 3-5 minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, stirring to combine. Let it cook together for an additional 2 minutes. Serve hot topped with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Notes
