Description

A warm and comforting Chicken Noodle Soup packed with tender chicken, flavorful broth, and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic; sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add shredded chicken, noodles, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until noodles are cooked.
  6. Serve hot, ladle the soup into bowls.

Notes
