Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the cherry pie filling evenly in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Add the crushed pineapple over the cherry layer.
  4. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix over the fruit mixture.
  5. Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
