Ingredients

  • 1 packet cherry Kool-Aid mix
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the cherry Kool-Aid mix in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes, then add in the sweetened condensed milk and cold water. Mix well until fully blended.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated. Be careful not to deflate the mixture too much; you want to maintain that airy texture!
  4. Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the pie is set. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Best served chilled with additional whipped topping or fresh cherries. Can be made a day in advance.
