- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Coarse sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain any excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it cool slightly.
- Take a piece of pretzel dough, flatten it, and place about a tablespoon of the beef mixture and a teaspoon of cheddar cheese in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Repeat until all the filling is used and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush the tops of the bombs, then sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
