Description

Cheeseburger Pretzel Bombs are the ultimate comfort food, combining pretzel dough with seasoned beef and melty cheddar cheese for a delicious bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Coarse sea salt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it cool slightly.
  4. Take a piece of pretzel dough, flatten it, and place about a tablespoon of the beef mixture and a teaspoon of cheddar cheese in the center.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Repeat until all the filling is used and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Beat the egg and brush the tops of the bombs, then sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
