Instructions
- Blend the corn kernels with milk until mostly smooth.
- Combine the blended corn with cornmeal, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Pour a portion of the batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Add cheese in the center and fold the cachapa in half.
