Ingredients

- 4 cups Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
- 4 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Slice the Brussels sprouts and chop the Romaine lettuce for uniformity.
- Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Combine the sliced Brussels sprouts and chopped Romaine lettuce in a large bowl, then pour the dressing over the greens and toss well.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese and croutons before serving.
