Ingredients

  • 4 cups Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the Brussels sprouts and chop the Romaine lettuce for uniformity.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Combine the sliced Brussels sprouts and chopped Romaine lettuce in a large bowl, then pour the dressing over the greens and toss well.
