Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chilled unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 2 cups chilled sparkling apple cider or sparkling white grape juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries for garnish
  • 4 small sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon granulated sugar for rimming the glasses
  • Optional: Orange slices for an extra citrus kick

Instructions

  1. If you want a festive look, dampen the rims of four champagne flutes with water or an orange wedge. Dip the rims into a small plate of granulated sugar until coated. Set the glasses aside to dry for a minute.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup of the chilled cranberry juice into each of the prepared champagne flutes. You want the juice to fill about half of the glass.
  3. Slowly pour the chilled sparkling apple cider or sparkling white grape juice over the cranberry juice. Fill the glasses to the top, allowing the bubbles to naturally mix the two liquids together.
  4. Drop a few fresh cranberries into each glass. Place a sprig of rosemary inside for a pop of green and a delightful aromatic touch. Serve immediately while the drink is cold and fizzy.
