Description

A hearty burger made with crispy bacon, a juicy beef patty, and fluffy waffles, all drizzled with sweet maple syrup.


Ingredients

  • 2 waffles (pre-made or homemade)
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 slice of cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce and tomatoes for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, shape the ground beef into a patty, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your desired doneness.
  3. Warm the waffles if necessary.
  4. Drizzle maple syrup over the cooked burger. Place the burger on one waffle, add bacon on top, and cheese if desired, then top with lettuce and tomatoes.
  5. Cap it with the other waffle and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with crispy sweet potato fries or a simple green salad. Leftovers can be stored separately in airtight containers.
