- 2 waffles (pre-made or homemade)
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 4 strips of bacon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 slice of cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce and tomatoes for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy and set aside.
- In the same skillet, shape the ground beef into a patty, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your desired doneness.
- Warm the waffles if necessary.
- Drizzle maple syrup over the cooked burger. Place the burger on one waffle, add bacon on top, and cheese if desired, then top with lettuce and tomatoes.
- Cap it with the other waffle and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with crispy sweet potato fries or a simple green salad. Leftovers can be stored separately in airtight containers.
