  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is well incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually blend this dry mixture into the butter mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries gently, taking care to avoid breaking them.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden.
