Description

A delicious and wholesome way to start your day, combining bananas and blueberries with rolled oats for a nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (almond, dairy, etc.)
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional toppings: nuts, seeds, or extra maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the rolled oats, milk, mashed banana, blueberries, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased single-serve baking dish. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is set and lightly golden.
  4. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, topped with your choice of nuts, seeds, or an extra drizzle of maple syrup.

Notes

Use overripe bananas for a sweeter texture. Can be customized with different fruits or nut toppings.
