Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the rolled oats, milk, mashed banana, blueberries, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased single-serve baking dish. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is set and lightly golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, topped with your choice of nuts, seeds, or an extra drizzle of maple syrup.
